Coils for cage-welding machines

Coils are manufactured with smooth or deformed cold-drawn wire then shipped either strapped or on carriers. These coils are mainly used by precast concrete pipe manufacturers working with cage welding machines.

Smooth wires: W1.4 to W31 (3.43 mm to 16.0 mm)

Deformed wires: D2.0 to D31 (4.05 mm to 16.0 mm)

3500 lb (standard) up to 4500 lb strapped coils or fitted on carriers

Steel yield strength: 515 MPa (75 ksi) for deformed wire, 485 MPa (70 ksi) for smooth wire, and up to 550 Mpa ( 80 ksi) upon request

Clean wire, no residue on weld points
